Walk to School Week October 12-16

Elizabeth Haddon will once again recognize October as “International Walk to School Month” by encouraging students and their families to walk (or ride) to and from school during the week of 10/12-16. Prizes will be awarded to the class with the highest percentage participation over the week.

International walk to school month gives children, parents, school teachers and community leaders the opportunity to be a part of a global event as they celebrate the many benefits of walking.
